If you seek the help of a counselor it is because you have a problem that you need resolved. You may not know what the problem is. However, you cannot resolve any problem without first knowing what it is. I encourage you to seek the word of God, the word of our Lord, Jesus the Christ. The holy spirit will lead you to the source of your problem. In my experience, it comes down to accepting and receiving Jesus the Christ our Lord and our Savior. Receive him and he will teach you. Step by step he will take you and direct you to the right path. The spiritual help you need is for something that is inside you that one time was good but is now the opposite. It does not mean you are bad.  It is the spirit that needs rescuing.

The power of the word of God will help you. Sometimes prayer is not enough to resolve problems. Together you can pray over and share with others what bothers you, what attacks and pulls you down, what makes you feel bad. Remember, God did not create you this way. He can help you solve this. I’ve counseled many brothers and sisters who were ready to give up but they did not because they received the spirit of God and there was hope.  There was a future. I encourage you - this is the way! Under Spiritual Exercise I referred to John 14 verse 6 where Jesus said “…I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.”

I cannot force you. Even God shall not force you.  It is your choice to surrender and cast all your problems to the Lord. He loved you and died for you. He is FREE. No money. No hard work to receive him. Pick up your own cross and follow Jesus. The Lord said it is not going to be easy but I guarantee you it will be worth it. Paul said fight the good fight of faith. You and I will continue to fight the good fight of faith. Read more of the word of God. I devote my life to you in a daily sermon on my website of the spiritual Rescue Mission. I am not saying this will be rosy-rosy but I am telling you that things will be better and you will find purpose. It WILL be worth it. Jesus said when you knock he will open. When you ask you shall receive. But, ask! so that you can receive.

Please help me. Show me. Teach me your way. I am sick of my way. I cannot go anywhere in my way and in the influences of the world. I need you Lord.

I guarantee you - if you pray these words with sincerity in your heart, the Lord will come. In Revelations 3 verses 20 and 21 he said “20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.” I am going to stand in front of the door and knock if anyone of you open up to him he will come in and sit with you.

Romans 8 verse 5-10: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.”
